I've always been fascinated with language and writing. My passion for clear communication has followed me throughout my life, from my B.A. in Communication Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Technical Communication, to my current job as a Technical Writer at an engineering firm. I use my communication skills every day as a Technical Writer, creating hundreds of customer-facing technical procedures related to device operation, troubleshooting, replacement, cabling, and function.

I admire how effective communication skills make it possible for people to exchange knowledge and build connections. When it comes to my own writing, I consistently strive for clarity, readability, and accessibility.
